Ashlee is a Master Cosmetologist and holds an associate degree in health science and certifications in human biology and public health and health services. She is also nearing the completion of her bachelor’s degree in health science and moving forward with receiving her Master's in Biological and Environmental Engineering; showcasing her dedication to understanding the science of health and wellness and to create innovative processes to do just that.

Her journey with BeReleafed began 8 years ago by formulating products for herself and her family, driven by their struggles with illnesses and the lack of value in store-bought alternatives.
